1. Who we are

Zap Factory is a self-hosted software tool operated by the Zap Gaming FR team (zapgamingfr@proton.me). It is used exclusively by its operator to prepare and publish short video clips to the operator's own social media accounts (@zapgamingfr on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram). It is not a public service and does not provide accounts to third parties.

2. Data we process

• Platform authorization tokens (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram/Meta) for the operator's own accounts, stored encrypted on the operator's private server. They are used solely to publish the operator's own content.
• Own channel data (e.g. list of our own videos, view statistics of our own publications) used to produce and measure our own content.
• Video content created by us and temporarily processed (download, edit, subtitles) on the operator's private server.

We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data of any third-party user. We do not use cookies or tracking on this website.

3. YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using this application you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The application accesses only the operator's own channel data and, at the operator's request, uploads videos to the operator's own channel. No end-user data is accessed or stored. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

4. Data retention and deletion

Authorization tokens are kept only while the operator uses the tool and can be deleted at any time by revoking access on the respective platform or by contacting us. Processed video files are deleted from working storage after publication. For any deletion request or question, contact zapgamingfr@proton.me.
